Funny Insults
Homeschool
As in, "What's up, Homeschool?" An excellent insult because it covers so many insult-related topics: nerdiness, out of touch, undereducated, etc. The list is endless. See also Schools.

Dude, not cool... all of my friends are homeschooled, and they are sooooo not nerds.

I'M HOMESCHOOLED & I'M PROBABLY WAY SMARTER AND MORE POPULAR THAN YOU. FREAK.
Anonymous on September 6, 2008
hahaha home school!
rachael on September 8, 2008
I think this is hilarious, especially since it can be quite offensive.
Call me High...school. on September 15, 2008
See, your resentment proves; "An excellent insult...". You go, All Caps Guy! And Dude Guy; ALL of your friends?
Tim on September 22, 2008
but wait, WE'RE freaks. jeepers.
pubschool on September 25, 2008
Dude, I'm homeschooled but I still think that that's halarious!
Homeschooler101 on November 17, 2008
I'm homeschooled and this is a good example of a complete stereotype. Not all homeschoolers are "nerdy" or "out of touch." I have plenty of homeschooled friends who are just as social as my public/private school friends. The phrase about homeschoolers being "undereducated" is inaccurate since most homeschoolers spend more time on their subject matter and are able to participate in several extracurricular activities. By the way, just because you're smart doesn't mean you're nerdy.

Heather I think you are right.
Anonymos on January 20, 2009
doesn't deserves a star.

Beautiful People, I should think this six months of indignation proves that, in fact, it is an insult; though, perhaps less funny than I'd thought. What else isn't so funny is refusing to use your name with your comments. Tee-hee!
Tim on February 18, 2009
geez! why look at 'funny insults' if you're just gonna whine about them? hilarious, btw. =D
Your Mum on February 25, 2009
Nice insults. Homeschooled folks are all out-of-touch, social deviants. Now go out there and win that spelling bee!
Bruce Asbury on March 13, 2009
Bruce, I don't think Homeschooled folks are equipped to win a Spelling Bee...
F-Tard on April 16, 2009
While i think this is funny... it is offending. im homeschooled and i have plenty of friends (neighbors, church, from dance.) and being homeschooled isn't being uneducated! its just learning at you're own pace! im homeschooled in 6th grade, and learning 8th grade math!
like you need to know... on June 15, 2009
I was homeschooled, and so were my 7 brothers and sisters. we were out of touch, and yea, my mom has high school education heh.
nn on July 23, 2009
Try "I'm" instead of "im".
Tim on September 15, 2009
I'm not homeschooled but I think this is kinda lame because I have a lot of friends who are and they're exactly like my public school friends...
lmao on April 16, 2013
I'm home schooled. But I can agree that some homeschoolers are a little, well.... homeschooled. And by the way, calling people freaks and typing in all caps does not make you look smart. At all.
loren on April 29, 2014
I don't think the point is how smart homeschooled kids are. I went to public school and college and I'm pretty dumb. I think the point is that this website is called 'inherently funny', but your contribution just isn't that funny. Sorry.
Jason on November 6, 2014
I'm homeschooled. And I'm not out of touch or undereducated. I might be a little nerdy, but that's from when I went to public school.
Malka on February 5, 2015
I'm homeschooled, and that is such an insult to people who are homeschooled. Homeschoolers get so much more time for cool stuff. Unlike you.
Sarah on February 12, 2016
I'm homeschooled, or was for a couple years, and (I really don't mean to brag) I got a higher score on the tests those years than the other kids, it just depends on how you learn, some kids are actually idiots when they homeschool and don't do much, but others are actually really smart and talented and overall really great people, and they do get a lot more free time I did barely a school day of time during the whole week
Me on March 4, 2018
Rude. I like it. (Please note, I am homeschooled, and nobody has called me that.) :)
Voldemort on April 16, 2018
I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I AM HOMESCHOOLED, I HAPPEN TO HAVE AT LEAST 30 FRIENDS (maybe not that many) AND LEARNED AT THE AGE OF 3 TO READ! under educated my foot. hmmph
timsajerk on July 26, 2018
Sorry, homeschooled people, I only meant to use your educational experience as an example of a funny insult.
Tim on October 29, 2019
isn't this an insult from the podcast 6 Minutes?
jim on May 19, 2021
LOLOL.... this comment thread is a riot. I also homeschooled... the best insult I ever received was from a public school 6th grader... He called me "Home Drool" LOL Even then, being insulted by the comment, I had to admit that it was pretty damn funny. "Home Drool"... feel free to sling it at my homeschooled compatriots. If they can't take a good insult every now and again, then they've failed to grasp the first amendment... and aren't homeschoolers supposed to have that whole thing memorized? Like the presidents, or the state capitols... or the books of the Bible. We should know all the amendments, the periodic table, a whole bunch of constellations, how to knit our own mittens, and churn butter. What did I miss?
Nick on July 16, 2021
I would like to apologize to those I've offended who were home schooled. I meant to write, "home fooled."
Tim on October 16, 2023
I'm home schooled, its funny to call other people home schooled and just watch their confusion
